PowerArchiver Cloud can Download/Upload/Add files/archives from following business/SOHO cloud services: Amazon S3 and Microsoft Azure; consumer level cloud services like: Dropbox, Google Drive, Box.net, Microsoft SkyDrive as well as our own experimental AttachmentCloud service.
PowerArchiver Cloud allows you to upload your archives/files to your cloud and also download your files/archives as well. Downloaded archives will automatically open in PowerArchiver.
To start PACloud, go to Home Tab in Modern view and click on Open from/Send to Cloud, then Configure Clouds. A Configuration dialog will appear and you will be able to setup your cloud.
Configuration:
New Profile – Click on New Profile and you will be able to add your cloud profile/login information
Save - Click the Save button once you are finished with entering your cloud login information
Delete Profile - Deletes the Selected profile.
Edit Profile - When a cloud profile is already set up, click the Edit Profile button to edit the selected cloud profile
Close - Closes the configuration dialog
Name – Name your profile as you wish for it to appear in your Cloud list
Provider – Click the Provider dropdown to select the Cloud provider of your choice. You may choose from Dropbox, Google Drive, Box.net, Microsoft SkyDrive as well as our own experimental AttachmentCloud service.
Username(email) - enter the username/email of the cloud account (Azzure, S3, Attachmentcloud)
Password - enter the password of the cloud account (Azzure, S3, Attachmentcloud)
Register for AttachmentCloud - This button is available when selecting Attachmentcloud and will bring up the AttachmentCloud signup dialog.
Dropbox, Google Drive, Windows Skydrive and Box cloud setup screens do not show a Username(email) and Password field. You will be asked to provide them when choosing to access one of the mentioned clouds from within PowerArchiver after setting up each profile.
Then, once you click either the Open from Cloud or Send to Cloud buttons, the cloud(s) you have setup will appear and once selected, will open the Cloud dialog where you will then log into your Cloud account.
